1/48 U.S. Medium Tank M4A3E8 Sherman “Easy Eight”

The “Easy Eight” rolls into accessible 1/48 scale! This subject, which has proven popular in 1/35, is a welcome addition to the 1/48 Military Miniature Series, and is depicted as it appeared in the European Theater of WWII.

One of the final Sherman types, it had the benefit of design updates developed from battle experience including a hardy welded late production hull, 76mm main gun, and new Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension (HVSS) with wider tracks, making for the significantly more comfortable ride that led to its nickname of "Easy Eight."

About the Model:

• In-depth surveys of actual vehicles provided the inspiration for this highly accurate kit in compact scale.
