The Hydra Cobra 5 is a high-performance marine electronic speed controller (ESC) designed for RC boats. Supporting up to 8S LiPo (33.6 V), it provides advanced cooling, high current capability, and precise control for hulls up to around 50 inches.
Input voltage: 3S–8S LiPo (up to 33.6 V)
20A peak adjustable BEC (5.0–8.5 V in 0.1 V steps)
Continuous current up to 180A, burst up to 350A
CRYO-DRIVE™ technology for efficiency and reduced heat
Water-cooled aluminum heatsink with dual fittings
Rugged, waterproof design with CNC case and epoxy potting
Advanced data logging with extended duration and accelerometer
On-the-fly tuning via auxiliary wire
SmartSense™ mode for sensored brushless motors
Firmware updates and full tuning via Castle Link (adapter included)
